Accommodation Support

TT provides a variety of accommodation support options for its consumers including:

• Individuals living in their own flats or units with drop in supports.
• Shared options where two people live together with drop in supports.
• Group homes where three people live together with 24/7 support.
• Live in Carer option where individuals live with their Carer.

Each one of our accommodation support options are individually designed to best meet the needs of the person requiring support. The individual and their family members and/or advocates have input into their preferred options for housing and support. Once agreed upon, the support is then Case Managed by a TT Coordinator who supports the Consumer, Family and Carers involved in the option. Regular reviews are conducted to ensure the needs of the Consumer are being met and any changing needs can be identified and acted upon.

TEEM Justice Program

TT has extensive experience assisting Consumers who are involved in the Justice System due to their offending behaviour. We advocate for our Consumers through the Court process, provide them with access to appropriate legal advice, assist them to comply with sanctioned court orders/fines and support them to make the transition from Prison to the community if necessary. We provide positive alternatives to offending behaviour by Mentoring Consumers with positive role modelling, engaging them in supportive community based activities such as recreation and social networks and assist them with gaining worthwhile employment.
